Cancellation Policy

• Bookings must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your credit. When cancelled in time, your class credit will be automatically returned to your account.

• If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, are a no-show, or arrive late, your class credit will be forfeited.

• Late cancel and no-show fees apply to monthly membership holders. These fees ($10 per) are processed automatically.

• No refunds are offered for unused class credits.
