We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and stretch with ease.
For Reformer classes, grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene.
For Mat classes, you’re welcome to go barefoot or wear socks—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
To protect you and our equipment, we kindly ask that you keep jewelry to a minimum. If you have long hair, we recommend wearing it up in a secure style like a braided ponytail or low bun to avoid any tangling with the machines.

For Reformer classes, we recommend that you bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and grip socks. Grip socks are required for workouts on the Reformer machines. If you do not have any, we sell them at the studio for your convenience.
For Mat classes, we recommend that you bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. We provide mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.
We have storage cubbies for you to store your personal belongings during class.

Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to class to ensure that you have time to store your belongings, meet your instructor, and get an introduction to the Reformer machine, if needed. The studio doors will lock at the scheduled class time.

Free parking is available in the lot in front of the studio.

Bookings must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your credit. When cancelled in time, your class credit will be automatically returned to your account.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before class, are a no-show, or arrive late, your class credit will be forfeited.
Late cancel and no-show fees apply to monthly membership holders. These fees ($10 per) are processed automatically.
No refunds are offered for unused class credits.

You are considered late 5 minutes after class begins. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, you will not be allowed to join the class, and your class credit will not be returned.
